Merry Christmas everyone! And Happy Holidays to those of you out there that celebrate any other holiday! ^_^
( This wasn't my best picture that I took, but I like the fuzziness of how it turned out. It's..different. I love it! )

This holiday season has been a very rough one. It has been a difficult two months that's for sure. :( But, somehow I've gotten through them (so far). It was a very lonely holiday today, only had my sister who was kind enough to make it out to me. She cooked an amazing tiny dinner for us and we saw a movie. The rest of the day was spent relaxing and reading mostly. Currently between homes...it's been hard to get into the holiday spirit this year. This is my favorite time of the year because I love, LOVE to hand make everyone's presents. I spent weeks planning and weeks making them all. But, in the end it's so worth it to see everyone's reaction to a handmade gift. This year :( I was unable to make any of the christmas gifts I had been planning because all of my things are in storage... that put a huge damper on the season. I was, fortunately able to finish the adorable elephants that my baby cousin absolutely loved. Her reaction to them was priceless. She has an obsession for elephants :)
I figured since I had already purchased all the supplies to make all the gifts, I would have to make them all after my living arrangements got more permeant in a couple weeks. Guess everyone will be getting their birthday gifts handmade this year...
On top of all the sort of downers that have happened, one very good thing will be happening this week. I finished my externship this past friday and I will officially be a college graduate next week!!!!!!! Despite the very rough couple years, I was able to push through it all and finish school! It feels amazing to finally have it all done! Everything will start to turn around from here. ^_^ I am keeping a positive out look on everything, knowing that the few people I do have to lean on in my life, won't let me fall. The end is soo close now that I am graduating.
I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year! It's time for me to curl up next to the tree and finish reading my book. <3
