I saw this idea on pinterest forever ago! Two ingredient ice cream?! I thought, what?! Seriously?! I just had to try this. I only now got around to trying it. Here is where I first found the idea:
Recipe
Mine did not turn out quite the way it should have. I'm super impatient. My bananas weren't all the way frozen like the actual recipe calls for. BUT, it still turned out amazing. It was super easy to make also. I didn't add in cocoa though. My roommate and I wanted to try it first with just peanut butter and bananas. Our freezer is super tiny, so we could only freeze a few at a time. I also found that these frozen sliced up bananas are the perfect quick snack. I am always on the run. I can just grab a small amount out of my freezer and munch on them in the summer heat. : )

So far, this is my favorite food recipe I have come across on pinterest. Minus my stuffed mushroom recipe that I just randomly came across on the internet of course. It's super yummy, and simple to make. My only extra advise would be to make sure your bananas are fully frozen or you won't get the full texture of real ice cream. Either way, if you're impatient like I am, it tastes just as good either way.
I actually ended up, with the last picture, getting spooked by the dog starting to bark, and my camera ended up IN the finished product. Needless to say, I had a panic attack. Luckily I was able to get it all cleaned up and my lens still works perfectly. I learned my lesson and will be much more careful when taking pictures of food I make. : )
